I need tutorials!

So, I'm really trying to up my game on digital painting and color theory and the like, but everytime I do a youtube search or a web search for good tutorials and such I only get stupid manga coloring tutorials. Any suggestions on where to look? Who is awesome that has made video or step by step tutorials?
